Professor Kerry Raymond. Research Director

Kerry Raymond has a BSc with First Class Honours in Computer Science and a PhD in distributed computer systems, both from the University of Queensland. Prof. Raymond has been the leader of the Architecture Unit of DSTC and is now the Research Director.

Prior to that, she was a research scientist in the Centre of Expertise in Distributed Information Systems (CEDIS), an initiative of Telecom (Australia) Research Laboratories. She started her career as a Computer Science lecturer at the University of Melbourne and the University of Queensland. Dr Raymond has over 16 years of experience in the research and development of distributed computing systems and applications.
