Andrew Wood’s areas of expertise include Resource Discovery; Metadata; AGLS; Web Services; RDF; Enterprise Modelling; UML; CORBA; ODP Enterprise Viewpoint; Internet Protocols; Z39.50; Object Oriented Technologies; Software Engineering and Digital Libraries

His current role at DSTC is to foster and coordinate a number of research projects that are multi-disciplinary cross-campus and cross-research/industry collaborations. These projects are in the areas of pervasive computing and enterprise knowledge management. Andrew also has a role in realising the potential of DSTC through the arrangement and delivery of seminars, consulting and training activities and through product sales.
