An internally developed toolset, ORBMaster, was used to abstract some of the complexity of CORBA mappings by providing services for memory management and C++ standard template library mappings.

Lead Up was involved with Hewlett Packard in the development of a CORBA based network management infrastructure as well as a CORBA based alarm management system. These were subsequently deployed in a telco installation. Additionally a layered product was co-developed which used and extended the platform.

Many of the design principles and knowledge from these archictures can can be applied in other domains

ORBMaster is a great example of how working with leading edge technologies has enabled Lead Up Software to abstract the core aspects and incorporate this knowledge and experience into toolsets which can provide our customers with a unique advantage.
