distributed demo visualization animation Walter is an excellent demo tool. It is an animated graphical display that shows distributed objects or nodes and the traffic between them. It works from log files, and these can be either generated by a real system or simply fabricated. Walter uses a rather elaborate rule-based system to interpret the log files. A rule-set must be developed for the given application.
