Abstract                : From time to time, CiTR and other parties desire, for mutual
                          benefit, to disclose to each other certain information of
                          a confidential nature.
                           
                          The non-disclosure agreement is a contract between CiTR and
                          the other party to disclose the information, but ensure it
                          remains protected. The agreement is designed to protect
                          CiTR's proprietary rights in designs, data, practices and
                          technology.
                          
                          The template is the complete agreement except for the date,
                          name of the "recipient" of the information and the section 
                          for executing the agreement in the presence of witnesses.
