Abstract                : CiTR are developing a  set of collection managers for the OEMF project. These include Managed Object, Managed Object Class and Alarm Managers. Also possibly the OutagePlan and Event Managers. The approach is to develop a re-useable class library for all managers. This will lay the seed for ORB Master to automatically generate the base managers.
