Abstract : This is a proposal for providing support of the M4 agent
developed in project NA550.1.
It covers bug fixes to the source rather than operational support. It
describes how the support will be provided and the interactions
between the NEC AM support coordinator & the CiTR support coordinator &
team.
The pricing model is:
o fixed price retainer which includes a provision for overheads, plus
gives a specified number of free hours of support per period
o additional support at an hourly rate.
o travel & other expenses at cost.
