Abstract                : These registers record the document number assigned to various
                          Engineering documents (e.g. ER minutes, Eng. templates, 
                          reports to the ETM & BOD, handbooks).
                          
                          It also gives:
                          
                          -  the latest version number of the document 
                          -  the 
                          
                          author
                          -  the document's location (electronic version)
                          -  who authorised the document
                          -  the type of authorisation.
                          
                          There is a register for each year from 1995.
                          
                          Note (21 Jan 98:) I don't know if this register is still in use.
