Abstract                : newtrap is a enhanced version of the MIT snmptrap binary.
                          It provides feedback on the speed of trap generation, allows
                          for configurable generations of traps (eg. 24 traps with a
                          0.5 second delay), and it also allows the specification of
                          a list of enterprise specific traps in a configuration
                          file.
                          
                          The enhancements to this binary were made after the Fastpac
                          project and thus are not covered by any IP agreements with 
                          all of the new code being written by me.
                          
                          The code depends on the MIT snmp library which exists in the
                          directory /home/foster/Development/code/Networking in the
                          mit and snmp directories.
