Abstract                : From time to time, people need their signatures witnessed
                          by a JP (or a Commissioner for Declarations) or copies of 
                          documents confirmed as true copies.
                          
                          This entry captures the CiTR staff members who can witness 
                          signatures, notarise copies, etc. - see "Address" above for the people.
