Abstract                : ct is a set of tools for configuration management with a similar
                          interface to the commercial Clearcase tool.
                          
                          These tools saves disk space, and more importantly maintains a
                          single repository in which a build of the integrated software can occur.
                          The tools provide for the creation of views in which developers
                          can checkout files, create files private to the view, compile
                          their own version of the software without interfering with other developers.
                          Developers can set up their view to see their own versions of files
                          as well as files in the baseline permitting the development against
                          a particular version of libraries (or Java class files) maintained
