                          The CiTR Information Officer provides services to CiTR personnel such as:
                          
                          -  librarian in the traditional sense - books, magazines, etc. - 
                                ordering, cataloging, etc.
                          -  software media librarian
                          -  registrar for many CiTR registers
                          -  liaison person for trademarks and patents etc., 
                                (including searches plus any company searches)
                          -  archivist
                          -  Repository administrator (when I hand it over)
                          -  etc., etc.
