Abstract                : When the page is visited, an independent window is created
                          that remains active on the screen after the page is left.
                          It must be explicitly closed, or Netscape exited.
                          The window contains an xload-like bar graph that, for 
                          demonstration purposes, measures the successive lengths 
                          of time the mouse button is held down in the window.
                          
                          The window can be re-sized.
                          Vertical re-sizing scales the bars, horizontal re-sizing
                          changes the number of bars.
                          
                          The applet could be tied to some more meaningful data 
                          stream, or just the window used for something else.
