Abstract                : The 2 QLD State Govt Departments are looking to rationalise their
                          IT & networks as a means of future cost containment. 
                          
                          CiTR's role was to recommend strategies to achieve cost savings
                          and act as an arbitrator in service level agreement pricing.
                          We also recommended a number of Internet/Intranet strategies.
