Name
newproject - Create directory structure for CiTR project documentation
Syntax
newproject [dirname]
new_fastpac_project
prune_tree dirname
Description
newproject creates a standard directory structure based on the
CiTR filing system under the

If dirname is provided, the dirname directory is created, and the structure
built under that.
new_fastpac_project creates an directory structure according to the old
filing system.
prune_tree removes empty directories from the specified directory tree.
Example
$ newproject /usr/380/doc
$ prune_tree /usr/380/doc
Environment
PATH=$PATH:~sdtools/bin
