Abstract : csdel is a line based filter that removes blocks of text from standard
input when output on standard output. The blocks that are
deleted are identified by a line containing "match". The delimiters
of the block are identified by the preceeding "start" up to the
                          successive "end".

but I can't see any IP complication.
