Abstract : This is QANTAS' web site.
The easiest way to navigate is to click on "Index" & select
your topic.
Some highlights are:
o schedule (timetable) - select both ends of your trip from
the pick lists plus the day you want to travel & the
applicable flights are returned. (I had trouble with
the "US/Canada" version with Netscape 1.1N on Mac,
but the vanilla "International" was OK I think - don't
know the difference)
o tips - look in the index under "Children", "Flying for the
first time", "Meals, Special", "Medical Advice" and
"Travel Tips".
o Arrivals & Departures - select to & from from pick lists (don'
know how up to date the info is)
o Destinations - lists QANTAS destinations (a few have links
to more info.
o Airport Information - how much a taxi costs airport-city,
lost baggage phone no. & parking costs
o Reservations - this gives the contact info for each city; i.e.
to make your reservation.
