Abstract : This spreadsheet faciliates risk analysis for a proposed
project (& during the project).
It actually has 2 models:
(1) method from Rob Thomsett & Associates. (Useful at
start of project)
(2) Smyrk Threat Analysis and Risk Management (TARM)
Methodolgy. (Useful throughout project)
The Thomsett workbook asks about:
- client environment
- team environment
- system complexity
Then assesses the risk (high, medium, low) for each aspect
and overall. The results are summarised (table and chart) on the 1st sheet.
