Abstract : This page has extracts of draft International Standard ISO 690-2,
covering the citation of electronic documents.

There appears to be sufficient information to get the gist of the
standard, and there are several examples. Further examples are
                          found in:

The "official" standard was due for publication at the end of
                          1996.
